This little guy is the official good luck charm for the Utah Utes football team. Last year we put the beenie on him seen below while he was in the NICU and the Utes won their game against BYU! So we thought we would try the same magic this year and were more than rewarded for our efforts;) I think it is anyones game almost any year but this one more than ever. It was all about the head game and it seemed like BYU lost that in the first minute of the game thanks to some scary fumbling by the center and QB where they basically made a touch down for Utah. It was hard to watch and I am Ute fan. Yikes! Good luck to both those teams for the rest of the season.
We got to watch the game with some friends in Midway, oh autumn is starting and it was so beautiful up there. Thanks Nate and Rachel for the invite! It is always so nice to get away from the city for a bit and just to enjoy the beautiful mountains:) By the way, if you ever get up to Heber, you should get a shake from the Dairy Keen. I think that they are best tasting shakes that I have ever eaten in my life. Yum!
